Fund raising evening at the Good Intent Public House

Everyone involved with the Hornchurch Aerodrome Historical trust would just like to say a big thank you to everyone that attended the charity quiz night and made it a rousing success. We of course would not have been able to have the event without the support and commitment of Steve and Shell Curley who gave up a lot of their time to organise and run the event, and last but not least the Good Intents landlady Claire for allowing her pub to be used for this fundraising evening.

The Messerschmitt Bf 110 framed crash relics that were bought by Fred Oliver and Steve Williams were then very kindly donated back to our Trust to put display within the RAF Hornchurch Heritage Centre in Suttons House, and we thank them both immensely for their generosity.

Lisa Roberts also donated the Spitfire Painting to us that she won in the raffle.

Final total on the night was £751.68
